APPLICATION FOR COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS
The Blank Park Zoo, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, is pleased to support many community organizations and schools each year by donating admission tickets for fundraising purposes. We have a limited number of passes and due to the large number of requests, ticket donations are limited and must meet specific criteria.

Donations are generally in the form of Two Adult & Two Child Free Admission Tickets. We reserve the right to evaluate each request and approve the number of tickets on a case by case basis. All requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to your event in order to be considered for approval.

All donation requests will be reviewed within eight weeks and the organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.

Please note: Effective January 1, 2018, Blank Park Zoo will not accept requests via mail or email. All requests must be submitted via our online form.


Eligible Organizations/Donations * U.S. Treasury tax exempt 501 (c)(3) number must be submitted in the request. An organization will be approved for one request per year.
  • Community Organizations (Hospitals, libraries, veteran's groups, etc)
  • National Non Profit Organizations
  • Church groups
  • School Fundraisers for educational programming

    Ineligible Organizations/Donations
  • For Profit Organizations
  • Employee Incentive Awards or Giveaways
  • For Profit Organizations raising money for another group, for example corporate United Way auctions
  • Events benefiting a single person or family
  • Schools and/or committees who are seeking prizes for after prom
  • Monetary donation requests
  • Out-of-state organizations
